These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. THE PROMOTER: Cawston Press Limited, Timsons Business Centre, Bath Road, Kettering, Northants, NN16 8NQ.

2. WHO CAN ENTER:
This prize draw (the “Prize Promotion”) is open to UK (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry only excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, the Promoter’s agents, third parties or any other person professionally connected with the Prize Promotion. The Prize Promotion is not open to residents in Republic of Ireland, the Isle of Man, or the Channel Islands.

3. Entrants must have internet access to enter the Prize Promotion. The entrant is reminded to get the owner's permission before using a computer, device and/or internet-access which is not owned or paid for by the entrant to enter the Prize Promotion. The Promoter will not be liable for any internet, or mobile connection, or other charges incurred in entering the Prize Promotion.

5. This Prize Promotion features across Cawston Press products with one shared prize pool.

6. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

a. The “Main Promotion” will begin at 10:00 on Monday 1 June 2026 (the “Opening Date”) and will end at 23:59 on Monday 19 October 2026 (the “Main Promotion Closing Date”).

b. All entrants who enter during the Main Promotion will also be automatically entered once into the “Grand Draw”. The Grand Draw will take place on Tuesday 20 October 2026 as stipulated in Clause 11d. Entrants can opt out of the Grand Draw by emailing help@lifesbestpressed.com.

c. The “Late Entry Draw” is for all entries received during the “Late Entry Promotion Period” being between 00:00 on Tuesday 20 October 2026 and 23:59 on Monday 30 November 2026 (the “Late Entry Draw Closing Date”). All entries received after the Late Entry Draw Closing Date will not be accepted.

d. Entries during the Late Entry Promotion Period are not eligible for entry into the Grand Draw.

7. HOW TO ENTER:

a. Go to lifesbestpressed.com

b. Enter your full name, postal address, your valid email address and mobile phone number. Please note that if you are a prize Winner, prizing can only be sent to the details inputted on the entry form.

c. Spin the Ball to reveal either a WIN or LOSE message.

d. Only one (1) entry per person per week (Monday to Sunday). For the avoidance of doubt, a person can enter once per week during each of the Main Promotion and the Late Entry Promotion Period.

e. Any entrant using multiple details (multiple postal addresses, mobile phone numbers, email addresses and/or multiple identities) to access the Prize Promotion will be disqualified and any Prize will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant has already submitted an entry or met the weekly entry limit and to disqualify any subsequent entries or Prize claims.

f. Proof of purchase will not be accepted as proof of entry. Proof of sending your details will not be accepted as proof of delivery or receipt of entry. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or entries received outside of the applicable Main Promotion or Late Entry Promotion Period will not be accepted, and you will not be entered into the Prize Promotion. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, lost due to technical reasons, corrupted, delayed or not received for whatsoever reason.

g. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Do not enter on behalf of another person. Incomplete or illegible entries or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent that an entrant or household is using a computer(s) or multiple aliases to access the promotion, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using multiple email addresses, multiple mobile phone numbers, or postal addresses, or invalid mobile phone numbers, using identities other than their own or any other automated means to increase that entrant’s or household’s entries, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter, that person's entries will be disqualified, and any prize will be void.

8. MAIN PROMOTION WINNER SELECTION

a. Before the Opening Date, an independent third party will randomly select guaranteed winning moments (day, hour, minute and second) during the Main Promotion and randomly order 285 prizes: 10x pairs of England Cricket 2027 tickets plus £150 spending money (total) per winner, 50x £75 We are England Cricket store e-vouchers, 125x £50 cash and 100x Cawston Press Product Boxes.

b. If your time of entry (when you press the SPIN THE BALL button and it’s processed by the server) matches a winning moment you will be awarded the prize randomly pre-allocated to that moment.

c. If two entries are received at the same time, the entry processed by the server first will be the winning entry.

d. If no one enters at the winning moment, that prize will remain available until the next entry.

9. THE PRIZES

a. There are 285 prizes available to be won during the Main Promotion (‘Main Promotion Prize’), details of which are as follows:

i. 10x pairs of England Cricket 2027 tickets plus £150 spending money (total per Winner). All tickets provided as part of a Main Promotion Prize will be for a relevant match in Great Britain and at a location and date/time subject to the Promoter’s discretion. No choice of tickets is available. Winners will be notified of their allocated match in April 2027

ii. 50 x £75 We are England Cricket store e-vouchers, valid until 30 April 2027 and can only be redeemed online at https://shop.ecb.co.uk/. The e-voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products. The e-voucher can be used across multiple transactions until the full balance has been redeemed. If a purchase exceeds the e-voucher balance, the remaining amount must be paid by the customer using an alternative payment method. If the final transaction value falls below the free postage threshold (£75.00), delivery charges will apply and must be covered by the customer.

iii. 125x £50 cash prizes.

iv. 100x Cawston Press Product Boxes – each box consists of 2x 1litre Cawston Press juice, 6x 200ml cartons of Cawston Press kid’s drinks and 4x 250ml cans of Sparkling Cawston Press. All flavours are random and there is no choice of flavour or product.

b. Only 3 x Main Promotion Prizes max per household.

c. All England Cricket 2027 ticket prizes are exclusive of travel, accommodation, food and drink, souvenirs, spending money (other than that expressly included as part of a prize), or any other personal expenses of the Winners. All such costs are the sole responsibility of the Winners.

10. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE FULFILMENT

a. Each winning entrant (“Winner”) will be notified immediately on screen of which Main Promotion Prize they have won. Following an on-screen Win notification, each Winner will receive a follow up email within 14days of their win, and prizing dispatched as outlined below:

England Cricket 2027 Ticket Winners

i. The 10x pairs of England Cricket 2027 ticket Winners will each receive an email within 14 days of their win. The Winners will each have 14 days from receipt of the email to provide ID that matches the details provided at the point of entry and claim their Prize. Any Winner who does not respond within 7 days, will be emailed again and given a further 7 days to respond. If contact cannot be made, or ID is not provided, or does not match details provided at the point of entry, or the Prize is not claimed, within 14 days of the original notification email, Prize entitlement will be withdrawn and allocated to a new Winner during the Mop Up Draw (see clause 15i for details).

ii. Winners that claim their prize will be notified of their allocated match in April 2027 by email, by the Promoter’s third-party agency. Ticket distribution varies across venues; winners may receive their tickets either as a pdf via email (with the email address used to enter the Prize Promotion) or may be required to download an app (with the email address used to enter the Prize Promotion) and will receive their tickets 7 days before the game.

iii. The £150 spending money per Winner will be paid by cheque or BACS payment, in the name of the Winner only, 14 days before the allocated match. Cheque or BACS payment will be made in the Winner’s name supplied at the point of entry. The payment cannot be made into another person’s bank account. The Winner will need to provide a valid UK bank account number and sort code. Payment cannot be made into a Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI) or Electronic Money Institution (EMI).

Cawston Press Product Box Winners

iv. The 100 x Cawston Press Product Box Winners will each receive an email within 14 days confirming their win and their prize will be dispatched within 28 working days of their win and sent by Cawston Press via their preferred delivery partner. Cawston Press Product Box Winners will not need to claim their prize.

v. Please note the prize will be sent to the postal address used at the point of entry only and cannot be changed.

We are England Cricket store e-voucher Winners

vi. The 50 x £75 We are England Cricket store e-vouchers will each receive an email within 14 days of their win. The Winners will each have 14 days from receipt of the email to claim their Prize.

vii. Any Winner who does not respond within 7 days, will be emailed again and given a further 7 days to respond. If contact cannot be made, or the Prize is not claimed, within 14 days of the original notification email, Prize entitlement will be withdrawn and allocated to a new Winner during the Mop Up Draw (see clause 15i for details).

viii. Winners that claim their Prize will be sent their e-voucher to the email address used at the point of entry within 14 days of claim.

£50 Cash Main Promotion Prize Winners

ix. 125 x £50 cash prize Winners will each receive an email within 14 days of their win. The Winners will each have 14 days from receipt of the email to claim their Prize and provide valid ID (showing postal address that matches details provided at the point of entry, and age). Any Winner who does not respond within 7 days will be emailed again and given a further 7 days to respond. If contact cannot be made, or the Prize is not claimed, or valid ID is not provided or ID does not match details provided at the point of entry, within 14 days of the original notification email, Prize entitlement will be withdrawn and allocated to a new Winner during the Mop Up Draw (see clause 15i for details).

x. Cash prize is paid either (i) via cheque in UK Sterling to a UK address and in the Winner’s name supplied at the point of entry; or (ii) via bank transfer to a UK Sterling bank account in the Winner’s name. The payment cannot be made into another person’s bank account. The Winner will need to provide a valid UK bank account number and sort code. Payment cannot be made into a Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI) or Electronic Money Institution (EMI).

b. If any Winner is unable for whatever reason to accept their Prize, then the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the Prize in the Mop Up Draw as stipulated in Clause 15i.

11. GRAND WINNER NOTIFICATION & PRIZE FULFILMENT

a. The Grand Draw prize is £10,000 cash (“Grand Draw Prize”) and only one entrant who enters during the Main Promotion will win the Grand Draw Prize. The Grand Draw Prize will only be paid (i) via cheque in UK Sterling to a UK address and in the Winner’s name supplied at the point of entry; or (ii) via bank transfer to a UK Sterling bank account in the Winner’s name. The payment cannot be made into another person’s bank account. The Winner will need to provide a valid UK bank account number and sort code. Payment cannot be made into a Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI) or Electronic Money Institution (EMI).

b. Entrants will only be entered once into the Grand Draw regardless of the number of individual entries made during the Main Promotion.

c. An entrant can win a Main Prize and the Grand Prize.

d. On Tuesday 20 October 2026 a random computer generator will draw one Grand Draw Winner from all eligible entries received within Main Promotion (the “Grand Draw Winner”).

e. The Grand Draw Winner will be notified using the details provided on entry, within 14 days of the Grand Draw and will have 14 days in which to claim the Prize and to provide proof of ID that matches details provided at the point of entry, and their details required to make the transfer of the Grand Draw Prize as stipulated in Clause 11a (the “Claim Period”).

f. If the Grand Draw Winner does not claim the Grand Draw Prize within the first 7 days of the Claim Period, another notification will be sent. If the Grand Draw Winner does not claim the Grand Draw Prize within the remaining 7 days of the Claim Period or valid ID is not provided or ID does not match details provided at the point of entry, the Grand Draw Prize will be withdrawn and awarded to a new Winner drawn at the same time as the original as stipulated in Clause 11d and a new claim period of 14 days will being in accordance with this Clause 11f. For the avoidance of doubt the Grand Draw Prize will not be deemed claimed if the Grand Draw Winner does not provide their details required to make the transfer of the cash prize in accordance with Clause11a.

g. The Grand Prize will be paid into the Winner’s UK bank account within 14 working days of the provision of their valid details. Payment cannot be made into a Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI) or Electronic Money Institution (EMI).

h. Entrants can opt out of the Grand Draw by emailing help@lifesbestpressed.com by 23:59 on 19 October 2026.

12. LATE ENTRY DRAW DETAILS & WINNER SELECTION

a. There are 5x £50 cash prizes available to win within the Late Entry Draw.

b. Before the Opening Date, an independent third party will randomly select guaranteed winning moments (day, hour, minute and second) during the Promotional Period for the 5x Late Entry Draw Prizes.

c. If your time of entry (when you press the SPIN THE BALL and it is processed by the server) matches a winning moment you will be awarded a prize.

d. If two entries are received at the same time, the entry processed by the server first will be the winning entry.

e. If no one enters at the winning moment, the prize will remain available until the next entry.

f. One entry per person per week.

g. Maximum of one Late Entry Draw Prize per household.

h. Late Entry Draw Winner notification, prize claim and prize fulfilment

process will be carried out as stipulated below.

i. 5 x £50 cash Late Entry Draw Winners will each receive an email within 14 days of their win. j. Payment cannot be made into a Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI) or Electronic Money Institution (EMI).

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate entrants for any losses that may be incurred as a result of entering the Prize Promotion and the Promoter does not accept any liability for any loss or damage whatsoever occurring as a result of a Winner’s entry or acceptance of a prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit the Promoter’s liability for death or injury to a prize Winner caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents.

14. PUBLICITY AND DATA PROTECTION

a. Any personal information that entrants share with the Promoter will be kept secure and only used in line with these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s privacy policy. By entering the promotion, entrants agree that their information may be used by the Promoter to administer the Prize Promotion. b. The surname and county of the Winners will be made available to anyone who requests it by emailing help@lifesbestpressed.com within 1 month of the Late Entry Draw Closing Date. Winners may request their surname and county are not published in the event they win by emailing help@lifesbestpressed.com before the Late Entry Draw Closing Date. However, the Promoter shall provide the surname and county of the Winners to competent authorities upon request from such competent authorities (including the Advertising Standards Authority).

c. Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity without payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, using a Winner’s name and, if relevant, their image and any statements made by them concerning the Prize Promotion and the Prizes won as part of the Prize Promotion. Publicity is not a condition of Prize acceptance. This does not prevent the Promoter from disclosing the Winner’s surname and county as stipulated in Clause 14b.

15. GENERAL

a. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering this Prize Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of any Prize for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entrants or Winners failing to supply accurate information which affects any acceptance and/or delivery of any Prize.

b. Prizes are not transferable, they cannot be resold, and there are no cash (in respect of prizes that are not specified as cash) or alternative prizes, in whole or part. The Prize must be accepted as offered by the relevant named Winner(s).

c. The Promoter reserves the right to replace a Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.

d. All Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

e. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a Winner is not able to take their Prize.

f. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in relation to all matters relating to the Promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.

g. By entering this Prize Promotion an entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

h. Instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion. In the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

i. Any unclaimed, or withheld prizes, from the Main Promotion will be put into a random prize draw (“Mop Up Draw”) of all eligible entrants within 28 days of the Late Entry Closing date. Mop up Winners will be sent an email to the email address used at the point of entry. If any Winner is not able for whatever reason to accept their Prize, then the Promoter reserves the right to award that Prize, if there are enough qualifying entries, to a back-up chosen at the same time as the original.

j. The Promoter reserves the right to verify any Main Prize Winners, the Grand Prize Draw Winner, Late Draw Winners and any Mop up Winners including requesting proof of name, age and address and to request ID. The Promoter may withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

k. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries made using anonymous, disposable and or temporary email services such as, but not limited to, Apple, Guerilla Mail, Dispostable, and Mailinator as well as any programmatically generated or manually created email addresses on platforms including, but not limited to Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, or BT Internet domains, for the purpose of circumventing these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion if an entrant or a Winner has used any such service and withdraw prize entitlement.

l. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Prize Promotion. Those who try to circumvent the entry process and/or entry instructions by any method, will be disqualified and any Prize award will be void.

m. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this Prize Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action or any other event that is beyond the control of the Promoter.

n. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

o. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to Winner notifications or Prizes. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies.

q. The Promoter reserves the right to verify Winners and ask for proof of full name, age and address before a Prize can be dispatched and to withdraw Prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Proof of identity and address must match address details provided at the point of entry.

r. If any clause or provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within.

s. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning them.
